Criminal Defense

As part of my Criminal Defense practice, I handle a wide variety of misdemeanor and felony cases.  As a result, I don’t include all of those types of cases here, but I’ve included the most frequently occurring.

How Can I Help?

Below, you’ll find three primary areas where people are typically looking for answers.  The first deals with the general Criminal Defense process and how the whole system works – this is an “Overview” section.  The middle of these areas deals with various information on specific charges, such as DUI, Theft, and Assault charges.  That section contains a list of offenses as well as more information about them.  The last area where most people are looking for answers is in what happens after a conviction.  This “Post-Conviction Relief” area covers options like like factual innocence petitions, expungements, early probation termination, certificates of rehabilitation, pardons, etc.
